Yes, all robots come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty for parts, so if repairs are needed you only cover labor costs. We strongly recommend obtaining manufacturer-provided extended warranty when you purchase your robot from us. Our robots are highly reliable machines, but machines they still are, and do need professional attention once in a while.
If your robot is experiencing technical issues, we are here to help. Reach out and we will evaluate the issue and give you a quote based on the hourly estimate of work involved. If a part needs to be replaced we will take care of getting it from the manufacturer (we strongly recommend purchasing extended warranty for your robot as the cost of parts and shipping costs are becoming unpredictable lately).

Not a problem. Let's assume table T2 is moved towards table T1 to combine them together. In this case T1 will be used as the table on the check, as well as the one your servers would dispatch the robot to. T2 will be ignored until it is moved back to its original location.
As long as tables return to their original location at the end of this dining session, robots would know how to find them.
It is a common problem at many restaurants we work with. To solve it, we can create several maps and store them on each robot for future use.
This solution requires some coordination and discipline, as your staff needs to make sure tables are always rearranged to match one of the stored maps, and robots are reconfigured to use the map that matches current table arrangement (this is easily done via robot settings).
We will train your staff to handle map changes, and we use markers on the floor to indicate table location for different setups.

Counter service restaurants that offer food delivery to the table could benefit from service robots, but there is a caveat.
